I really hadn't expected to see as much of a difference as I do, I am so pleased with the results. The moment I walked in, I could instantly see that colours in the rugs are brighter and the carpet on the stairs is as good as new. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when Mark came to do the job, but my husband said he was friendly, polite and very professional. I think we got such a great job for such good value we will definitely be having him back annually.

We had our carpets (sitting room, dining room, hall runner, stairs and landing) and furniture cleaned by Mark. With 2 dogs in the house, and other family dogs visiting regularly, all were in need of a thorough cleaning! Amazing - everything is like new again! All stains from the carpets removed, including coffee and muddy footprints. Loved that Mark asked what caused the stains and had a specific, effective cleaner. Plus, everywhere smelt lovely! Mark came to our rescue just before Christmas, when we needed the carpets cleaning throughout our new house. Brilliant service and a quality clean throughout, with particular time and care given to treating multiple liquid "presents" from the pets of the previous occupiers. Mark gave an estimate over the phone at time of booking from my rough guess at the dimensions of the house, and was honest enough to reduce this original price by around 20% when he came to measure up and found that I'd overcooked it - I can think of plenty of business owners who would have insisted on the original price.
