If his construction is anything like his driving then I'd recommend avoiding

Very poor experience, Bob Black contacted me to bid on the work. I emailed him EXACTLY what I wanted to which he wrote a detailed reply and said that there were further plans he required before he could provide a quote. These further plans cost me nearly £1000 but I got them done nonetheless. Bob Black then emailed me to say '....actually, I can't do that kind of work....' so basically, he didn't read anything that I had written to him in the first email. VERY POOR I would say - I am glad he isn't doing my build, as he can't read....! Do yourself a favour and find someone more reputable.
